Please provide me with an electronic copy of documents containing the following information: A summary for each year starting in 2006-07 academic year through the 2016-17 academic year showing: The number of undergraduate students at the University of Oregon who have received an academic accommodation. And the number of tests or exams taken by individual students using an accommodation such as extended time, a quiet room etc. I realize that only some of this data may be available and that it might not have been kept as far back as 2006-07. If that is the case, please provide me with whatever records are available.
