I am requesting an opportunity to inspect The University of Oregon’s lists of outstanding and stale dated checks.  This request is made pursuant to the Oregon Public Records Laws.

Specifically, I am seeking records of unnegotiated warrants/checks that were originally issued to companies, organizations, and individuals by The University of Oregon.  For each of these outstanding and stale dated checks, I am requesting the name of the corporate vendor, organization and Individual, the warrant/check number, date of issue, dollar amount and address if the address is available.  I am interested in reviewing records of outstanding and stale dated warrants/checks for all available years that are six months old that have not been sent to a state unclaimed property department.
