Pursuant to Oregon's Public Records Law, ORS 192.420 to 192.505, I write to request a copy of the following documents:
1. All public records requests by The Oregonian, Oregon Live regarding solar energy (also known as "photovoltaic") projects financed in part or whole by Oregon's Business Energy Tax Credit program and any written response or responses to such requests.
2. A11 public records provided to or made available for inspection by The Oregonian, Oregon Live in response to public records requests regarding solar projects financed in part or whole by Oregon's Business Energy Tax Credit program, including but not limited to information released under the public records request referenced in the attached February 27, 2015 article published in The OregonianlOregon Live.
3. Plans, site analyses, invoices, work orders, and records of construction done in connection with installing solar energy projects at the University of Oregon or any other Oregon University System ("OUS") campuses or facilities, whether or not those systems were actually installed.
4. Records of all visits to the University of Oregon or any other OUS campuses by contractors, vendors, or other companies between 2008 and 2015 in connection with installing solar energy systems at the University of Oregon or any other OUS campuses or facilities (whether or not those systems were actually installed), including but not limited to visits for the purpose of evaluating these sites, designing the solar energy systems, or constructing the solar energy systems
5. Information submitted by the University of Oregon, the OUS, or any other OUS entity to the Oregon Department of Energy ("ODOE") and correspondence with ODOE relating to solar energy systems at any OUS campuses or facilities (whether or not those systems were actually installed), including but not limited to documents constituting or concerning any applications for Business Energy Tax Credits submitted for such installations.

, I am interested in solar projects for which Business Energy Tax Credits were sought or received, whether or not the project was installed or actually completed. Thus, you may consider this email as amending my requests 3-5, as follows:

4. Records of all visits to any University of Oregon campus or facility by contractors, vendors, or other companies between 2008 and 2015 in
connection with installing solar energy projects at any University of Oregon campus or facility for which BETCs, or preliminary or final certifications for BETCs, were sought or received, including but not limited to visits for the purpose of evaluating these sites, designing the solar energy systems, or constructing the solar energy systems, whether or not those systems were actually installed.
5.
