  University of Oregon salary equity  and enhancement plans compiled between May 2010 and September 2011 for  the following administrators:  Bean, James C  Dyke, Frances L  Davis, Lorraine  Harris, Donald E  Larson, Wendy  Tomlin, Russell  Callahan, Elaine H  Bartko, James A  Moffitt, Jamie H I specifically request all information concerning how the salary raises  for these individuals were determined including any information showing  salary targets, data from comparator institutions and the rationale  for  raising administrators' salaries last May.
