Pursuant to the Oregon open records law, ORS 192.410 to 192.505, I write to request copies of, spanning from September 1, 2013 to March 31, 2014 Supervisor Vehicle Incident Reports (SVIRs) from Safe Ride, with accompanying paperwork if available (Witness Cards, "At the Scene" forms, pictures of vehicles in the incident, and damage and repair estimates); Records of vehicle maintenance and/or inspections; An inventory of vehicles; Records of driver evaluations; And copies of citizens complaints made against Safe Ride, if any.
