We understand that another company has been selected as the awardee for the contract under the RFP stated above. We hereby formally request access to the following information related to the contract awarded under the RFP above mentioned: 1. The winning response documentation submitted by the company that was awarded the contract.2. The names and titles of the individuals who served on the evaluation committee.3. Any communication, including emails and memos, related to the decision-making process for the contract award.4. Proposals submitted by the other competing firms.
