I’m writing on behalf of Hacker Architects, and  would like to make a public records request for the scoresheet and proposal submissions for the UO Knight Campus project issued late 2016. Is there an official form or process that we need to complete in order to formally submit this request? Any guidance as to the next steps is much appreciated – thank you!
