This is a written request for records regarding Solicitation Number: PCS# 267000-00131-RFQ under Oregon Public Records Law (ORS 192.410 – 192.505). From my understanding of Oregon Public Records Law (ORS 192.410 – 192.505), all records that have been produced or collected under this contract are subject to disclosure pursuant to a public records request.  Accordingly, I request that you provide the following documents: 

1. Other bidders’ proposals
2. Communications between other bidders and government officials
3. Communications between and amongst government officials
4. Minutes of any meetings
5. Memorandums or other documents prepared by government officials
6. Notes prepared by government officials, including evaluation committee members
7. Scoring records regarding the proposals
