Pursuant to the open records law, I respectfully request a copy of all winning proposals, non-winning proposals, and tabulation sheets in relation to current water treatment contracts that covers all boilers, cooling towers, hydronic systems and potable water for the University of Oregon Campus Operations Department, the date of original inception of such contract and any subsequent renewal(s)
