Hello, we would like to make a public records request for the bids submitted for RFQ - Submitted Proposal (PCS# 600000-02519-RFQ) that were due on May 26, 2020. We submitted a bid, as per below, and want to determine why we were not selected. If possible, we would like electronic copies of proposals submitted and the score card/sheet, not paper copies.
