We request you make available and provide all available records pertaining to the solicitation.  Specifically, we would like to receive the 
(1) Bid results to include evaluation and score sheets and 
(2) Copies of all bidder proposals received in response to this solicitation
(3) Copy of resulting contract along with any amendments, attachments, exhibits
(4) Current Contract bill rates and wage rates
