Under the Oregon Public Records Law, §192.410 et seq., I am requesting to obtain information regarding the following record:

Per the University of Oregon's website: "Banner is the UO's enterprise resource planning (ERP) system." (Source: https://service.uoregon.edu/TDClient/2030/Portal/KB/ArticleDet?ID=46854) I am requesting a copy of Oregon's contract with Ellucian to provide their Banner product for UO's enterprise resource planning (ERP) system. In addition to providing a copy of this contract with Ellucian, I am also requesting copies of the following information associaed with this contract from the last bid cycle:

1. RFP and all attachments

2. All submitted proposals

3. Scoring and evaluation sheets

4. Invoice for the past 12 months
