Amount charged (and if available, number of pagesproduced) If no such documents exist, please provide: a. A copy of each public records request submittedduring 2013 and the cover letter/email transmitting the final response. b. Any statistical reports or auditsfrom the past 5 years concerning university public records requests. c. The fee schedule applicable to allpublic records requests.
