I am writing to request your university's Title IX annual data/reports from 2013-2023:

• Total number of reports of sexual misconduct received by your office in each year
• Total number of complaints of sexual misconduct received by your office in each year
• Reports of sexual misconduct received by your office in which the reporting party did not respond or requested no investigation in each year
• Reports of sexual misconduct received by your office in which the report was dismissed in each year **(referring to reports dismissed prior to adjudication, not referring to investigations that yielded no finding)
• Reports of sexual misconduct received by your office in which the reporting party pursued an informal / adaptable / alternative resolution (or kindred process) in each year
• Reports of sexual misconduct received by your office in which the reporting party pursued a formal investigation of non-Title IX sexual harassment / sexual misconduct in each year
• Reports of sexual misconduct received by your office in which the reporting party pursued a formal Title IX investigation
• Reports of sexual misconduct received by your office in which the reporting party pursued a formal Title IX investigation, and a policy violation was found in each year
