I am writing pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act (“FOIA”), 5 U.S.C. 552 to respectfully request copies of the following agency records:  The University of Oregon Athletics report of reported Sexual Misconduct from 2021-2022 and/or 2020-2021 year, and/or; The University of Oregon Athletics report of reported Physical Abuse/Misconduct from 2021-2022 and/or 2020-2021 year, and/or; The University of Oregon Athletics report of reported Verbal Abuse/Misconduct from 2021-2022 and/or 2020-2021 year, and/or; The University of Oregon Athletics report of reported Mental Abuse/Misconduct from 2021-2022 and/or 2020-2021 year, and/or; the University of Oregon Athletics report of any kind of reported misconducted allegedly conducted from coaches and/or athletics staff/members.
