In accordance with ORS Chapter 192, I’d like to submit the following request for public records on behalf of the Freedom Foundation. Specifically, I am seeking:
1. The most recent reports described in ORS 243.804(4)(a) that were provided by the University of Oregon to United Academics (UA)/AAUP/AFT Local 3209.
2. The most recent reports described in ORS 243.804(4)(a) that were provided by the University of Oregon to the Graduate Teaching Fellows Federation (GTFF)/AFT Local 3544.
For the purposes of this request, I am seeking both:
- the most recent reports for “newly hired employees” as described in ORS.243.804(4)(b)(A); and
- the most recent reports for “not newly hired employees” as described in ORS.243.804(4)(b)(B).
