Pursuant to public open record act, I am writing to request the following items:
 
1.    Annual internal audit plan from 2010 to 2020
2.    (annual/quarterly) follow-up audit report issued by the internal audit office from 1/1/2010 to 10/13/2020.
3.    Internal audit reports issued by the internal audit office for its auditing and consulting engagement from 1/1/2010 to 10/13/2020.
