Pursuant to Oregon’s Public Records Law, I request the following: Documentary materials related to 2018-2019 student athlete exit interviews, including: copies of written or online surveys filled out by participating (current or former) athletes (names and personally identifying information can be redacted); documents that summarize or aggregate the exit interviews; and a blank copy of the survey or exit interview questionnaire.
