We are requesting confirmation of the outcomes and final results of any non-criminal disciplinary hearings conducted by the University itself in relation to these [sexual assault cases] matters (for purposes of this inquiry we are not asking about any police actions), including any findings of violations of school rules and sanctions imposed by the school (including the actual language used by the school in banning him from campus, the length of any action, and anything noted on the student’s transcript, etc), for any instance where it was determined there was a violation of related school rules or policies.
