      I would like to obtain purchase forms for current food inventory from this year and last year. If you only have last month’s and if this would not be possible, I’d like last month’s log.

      I would like to see cost estimates based on the logs from this year that you have.

      I would like to see data on how much food the university donated to Food for Lane County over the past three years.

      I would like to know how Michael Griffel came to the conclusion that the university reduced food waste by 17 percent after going tray-less. How was food waste tracked to come up with that figure?
