Around 1968 UO researchers reported that a wireless signal had sickened them in Oregon but they coould not determine the source. The media reported that the FCC determined that the signal originated at a Navy base in California. I request any information, media reports, school records you may have or can find on this. Unfortunately, the FCC does not keep records that old. Any help you can provide is greatly appreciated.
