Pursuant to the state open records law Or. Rev. Stat. Secs. 192.410 to 192.505, I write to request a list of all individuals and their charges arrested by [a former UOPD officer] since his date of employment with UOPD. This shall include any cases that were filed in municipal court or circuit court, as well as those that were dismissed or resulted in a "no file." I also request a copy of any complaint, made formally or otherwise, against [him], and any disciplinary action he faced during his time as an officer.
