I am making a formal request under the Freedom of Information Act 5 U.S.C. 552. Under Oregon public records law (ORS 192.314) and Oregon prevailing wage laws and regulations (ORS 279C.845 and OAR 839-025-0010), I am requesting an opportunity to inspect or obtain copies of public records that are related to the ERB Memorial Union. Specifically, the last 30 days of inspectors’ daily reports of who is onsite, what equipment was onsite, and what each employee was doing. Also, any field notes, pictures, supervisor reports and certified payroll. The contractor I am requesting this for is Harvey & Price Mechanical Contractors.
