I would like to request a report used in the creation of the University of Oregon 2017-2018 Affirmative Action Plan found here. In part 2, section A point 1, found on page 4, the following is stated: "The University of Oregon has compared the incumbency of minorities and women in each organizational unit and in the various jobs within each organizational unit and has identified no practices or policies that limit the selection and advancement of minorities or women." I would like the report created that identified this detail.
