Pursuant to the state open records law Or. Rev. Stat. Secs. 192.410 to 192.505, I write to request access to and a copy of arrest records from the fall of 2015 within the University of Oregon’s football stadium during games. I would like to know how many underage drinking tickets were given out in the stadium, how many students were arrested in the stadium for public indecency due to drinking and an overall number of arrests of student in the stadium. I would like this information overall and divided up on a game-by-game basis as well.
