Under the Oregon Public Records Law, §192.410 et seq., we are requesting an opportunity to inspect or obtain copies of public records that document any formal and/or informal team member concerning the “UO Demonstration Team” or “Demonstration Team.” By team member we mean that we seek information about any and all membership and University activity concerning the “Demonstration Team.” In this request, ‘Record’ includes, but is not limited to, all records or communications preserved in electronic or written form, such as correspondences, emails, documents, data, videotapes, audio tapes, faxes, files, guidances, guidelines, analyses, memoranda, agreements, notes, orders, policies, procedures, legal opinions, protocols, reports, rules, or manuals.
