Please consider this a request under Oregon’s public records laws for a copy of electronic data from UO’s Maxient database. The data I am seeking are records of all formal and informal investigations of discrimination based on sex, including sexual harassment and/or sexual assault, opened by UO into any student during any of the following school years: 2012-13, 2013-14, 2014-15, 2015-16, 2016-17, 2018-19 and 2019-20. To be clear, I am not seeking the names of any of the students involved. Each record (row) of data should include, at a minimum, the following fields:
