Pursuant to the Oregon open records law, ORS 192.410 to 192.505, I write to request access to any/all of the following information:

• I’d like to access to any lists, indexes, databases, spreadsheets or any other form that tracks any and all “public incident reports” filed with the University of Oregon Office of Student Conduct and Communication Standards in the last five years.
• The number of plagiarism (academic misconduct) cases filed with the University of Oregon Office of Student Conduct and Communication standards for the last five years.

• A breakdown of misconduct/plagiarism cases reported by each individual department or school for the last five years.
