Pursuant to the state public records act, we request access to, and copies of, the following public records in the custody of your agency:

A log of public records requests submitted to the University that lists the date the request was received, the requester's identity, a description of the request and the date the request was filled. I would like these records for the two most recent complete years that you have available, whether that is academic year or calendar year.
