Please provide:• all policies regarding the process by which requests are received, delegated, and processed by this agency• any and all reports or other internally-generated materials describing the public records operations of this agency• any available logs of public records requests received by this agency from the period from January 1, 2018 through October 31, 2019, including, if possible, the following data points: the date on which the request was received, the requester, the content of the request, the status of the request, the number and type of records released, any applicable tracking number, and the date on which the request was closed• any guidelines used by this agency as part of the public records process, including any guidelines or directives regarding exemptions, the application of exemptions or restrictions, and the process by which particular record searches are conductedIf there are other agencies that are affiliated with this agency that may have their own policies (e.g. the university police department), please provide us with these agencies, so that we may contact that department directly for its public records policies.
