I am requesting any complaints regarding sexual misconduct or harassment made against any University of Oregon staff or faculty between January 1st 2023 and December 31st 2023 and any reports/investigations in response to said complaints.  I am also requesting the disciplinary records of any faculty or staff subject to investigations for the behavior described, between the dates listed, which yielded findings, and any stipulated agreements or contracts the employee may have signed.
