I am interested in receiving purchasing information from University of Oregon for purchases made from 2010 to present. The information I'm interested in includes: 1. Purchase order number or equivalent 2. Purchase order date 3. Line item details 4. Line item quantity 5. Line item price 6. Vendor name 7.Delivery Address. I will happily except only part of this information if it is not all stored in the same electronic database. I believe a company called smartprocure has made similar requests in the past. If they have been sent documents, I'd happily receive those in place of my request above (if this is the case can I receive all documents from the past 4 years). I had requested information from the university earlier and received an estimate but could not pay it at the time. If free information is not available could you sent me an updated request with the data to today's date? I would prefer to receive these documents electronically. Many thanks for your assistance.
