This is a public records request for any presentations, memos, or emails from your office or from the General Counsel's office to UO employees on the general topics of how to respond to public records requests and how to manage public records, including emails and electronic records, given the possibility of public records requests. I am asking for documents beginning with the demotion of former UO General Counsel Melinda Grier last spring through the slides from your presentation to the UO public records office hiring committee this summer, to the present. I am not asking for documents dealing with any specific public records request - just for general advice, principles, and procedures.
