Secs. 192.410 to 192.505, I write to request access to and a copy of all policies, including emails and other information disseminated to employees at the University of Oregon on how communications personnel are expected to interact and comply with requests from members of the media. This includes, but is not limited to: guidelines on information to release to the media, what information qualifies as protected information under the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act, and releasing information on student conduct hearings."
