1) copies of the gift letters or other documents showing the restrictions, if any, on the $375,000 in UO Foundation money used to pay the UO athletic department for the "President's Box" at Autzen, for AY 2009-10, 2010-11, and 2011-12 and 

2) any documents showing the amount and source of funds and documents showing any restrictions for funds used for presidential seating arrangements at Matt court, for AY 2011-12.

If any part of these payments came from non-UO Foundation funds, I ask for documents showing the source.
