• Presentations, hand-outs, videos, modules, and any other records disseminated by the University of Oregon as part of new student orientation on the following topics from August 1, 2020, to the present: (1) diversity and inclusion; (2) racial equity, racial justice, racism, anti-racism, and critical race theory; (3) harassment, intimidation, and bullying; (4) social media and online speech; and (5) campus computer and network policies.
