Dear University of Oregon Public Records Office:

Under the Oregon Public Records Law, ORS 192.420, I would like to review all bids submitted in response to the UO's "Pouring Rights RFP." The RFP had a proposal due date of Aug. 6, 2013.
I agree to pay reasonable duplication fees. However, I am requesting a fee waiver allowed by law because reporting on this topic serves the public interest.
I would like to review the records as soon as possible. Please let me know when they are available.
