I am requesting the following information:
1) The universities policy on the allowance of time off for attorneys of the general counsels office to pursue Pro Bono work, recommended by the ABA (50 hours), and whether that time off (if in existence) is paid or unpaid; and if unpaid, are GC attorneys allowed to take paid time off (vacation, PTO etc,) to perform Pro Bono Work.
2) The salary of Bryan Dearinger in the capacity of Associate General Counsel, the link to the salaries page shows him listed as an Assistant General Counsel, so please include updated Associate GC salary.
3) The Job description/position description (including job duties, qualifications, requirements, licenses etc., similar to what would be posted during a job announcement, typically in PDF format) for the positions of Assistant and Associate General Counsel
