This is a request for records pursuant to the Oregon Public Records Law (ORS 192.311 et seq.). 

RECORDS REQUESTED

I request the following records:
 
1. Any policy, guidance, handbook, manual, or standard contract concerning the rights, duties, or obligations of either (A) students who participate in athletic programs or other competitive sports (“student-athletes”); 
 
2. Any policy, guidance, handbook, manual, or standard contract concerning student-athletes’ expression or use of social media, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Snapchat, TikTok, or any other form of social media.
