This is a request for records pursuant to the Oregon Public Records Law (ORS 192.311 et seq.).
RECORDS REQUESTED
I request the following records:
Any policy, guidance, handbook, manual, or standard contract concerning the rights, duties, or obligations of students employed to serve as resident assistants, resident advisors, or similarly-named staff with job responsibilities in student residences (“RAs”).
Any policy, guidance, handbook, manual, or standard contract concerning the speech or expression of student-employees, including but not limited to RAs.
Any policy, guidance, handbook, or manual concerning the interactions or communications of student-employees, including but not limited to RAs, with the news media, reporters, or journalists. This request seeks copies of any such policy applicable to student-employees or RAs, even if student-employees or RAs are not expressly mentioned.
