Please consider this a request under Oregon Public Records Law. I request that you provide a copy of the following documents:

1) Any policy, handbook, regulation or other such document that sets forth the standards and practices for student-athlete communications with the news media. This includes both departmentwide policies applicable to all athletes, as well as sports-specific policies in effect for specific teams, if applicable.

2) A blank copy of the scholarship form, or other comparable agreement signed by student-athletes, containing any standards or policies pertaining to communications with the news media.

Please note that this request does not pertain to student-athlete use of social media. The focus of our research project is the interaction between student-athletes and journalists. Also please note that this request seeks only standard forms and does not seek documents signed by, or personally identifying, any particular student.
