I am requesting documents in digital form regarding the presidential evaluation and contract revision process under Oregon public records law.  Specifically, I am requesting:

• Communications soliciting feedback about presidential performance. I would like the names and titles of individuals solicited as well as the questions or prompts they were asked to respond to.
• Any communications between Trustees and “a consultant who recruits university presidents,” as referenced by Chair Lillis at the September BOT meeting, between today and January 1, 2017.
• Each of the President’s Annual Self-Assesments.
• The President’s performance goals and objectives for the each year since 2015, as well as the same for the upcoming year.
