This is a formal letter of request for copies of Certified Payroll reports for the above referenced sub-contractor (Fortis Construction subcontractor Lane County Glass). This request is made pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, Title 5 U.S.C. (a) (G) (A), and ORS 192.410 et seq. which provide that information be made available to the public. I request that you respond within 10 days, which is the timeframe determined by the Attorney General to be reasonable in usual cases. Also, in the event that you conclude that any of these records (or portions thereof) should not be disclosed, please provide me with a specific description of what is being withheld and the statutory authority for doing so.
