The Oregonian/OregonLive would like to request the following:

Record of all royalty rate payments made by Nike to the University of Oregon, or its licensing agent, from July 16, 2003 through present. Please provide this information by contract year and by product type (as identified in section 4(a) of the University’s contract with Nike).

Record of all statements provided by Nike to the University of Oregon, or its licensing agent, of sales and the calculation of Net Sales as required in section 4(a) of the University’s contract with Nike.

The Oregonian/OregonLive believes this information is subject to disclosure under the state’s broad public records law. If the university believes otherwise, please cite the specific exemption, by ORS, limiting disclosure.
