disclose any affiliation, partnership, or business relationship of the University of Oregon ("University'') to
any agency, company, organization, or firm that provides services for any office, department, or
laboratory of the University relating to:
• Management of patent annuities and maintenance fees;
• Patent renewals and recordals;
• Patent searches and analytics;
• Patent licensing;
• Patent portfolio management tools and software;
• Intellectual asset/patent docketing and management software; and
• Other information potentially relevant to patent annuities management.
Specifically, we are requesting documents that disclose, but are not necessarily limited to, the following:
• Identity of service provider(s) for the seivices mentioned above;
• Copy of the services contract(s);
• lnvoice(s) for such services provided to the University; and
• Schedules of patent annuities paid by the service provider(s).
