Under Oregon's open-records law, I request the following:

* Any and all documents related to a Notice of Allegations from the NCAA to the university regarding the NCAA's inquiry into the football program. This includes the actual notice of allegations and all accompanying documents in any form.

* All invoices submitted by the law firm Bond, Schoeneck & King to the university for September expenses.

* Any and all documents related to a Notice of Inquiry or Letter of Inquiry from the NCAA to the university about its football recruiting.

The last two requests are mirrors of Ken Goe's request of 10/14/2011. The requests for the Notice of Allegations and Notice/Letter of Inquiry are reiterations of earlier requests.
