Under Oregon open-records law, I request the following:

* Any and all correspondence between the NCAA and the university's office of the president or the athletic director concerning the current inquiry into the football program.

* I specifically request (reiterating here) the NCAA's Notice of Inquiry (sometimes referred to as Letter of Inquiry).

* If and when it is issued, I request the NCAA's Notice of Allegations (or Letter of Allegations).
