Pursuant to the state open records law, Or. Rev. Stat. Secs. 192.410 to 192.505, I am writing to request a copy of any and all contracts and/or agreements between the University of Oregon and any other schools or institutions covering the playing of NCAA college football games from the 2005 season until the present, as well as any existing contracts covering future, as-yet-unplayed games.
