Under the Oregon Public Records law, O.R.S. 192, I am seeking the following records in the custody of your agency: Any and all documents, including emails, and attachments related to the NCAA investigation of the football program, including any and all documents related to the Notice of Allegations and/or Summary Disposition from the NCAA to the University and from the University to the NCAA dated after my last request of May 8, 2012.
