a copy of any documents relating to the NCAA investigation of the university’s football program that reference "Josh Gibson," "Scott Frost," the "Assistant Athletic Director of Football Operations," "Wide Receivers Coach" or any variations of those titles. We also request any documents about the resolution of the NCAA investigation, including penalties levied against the football program.
